Currently, we have 5 advanced production lines for plates, the capacity is 10×40'HQ containers per month. Meanwhile, we have 2 advanced production lines for cups and the capacity is 5×40'HQ container monthly.

1. What is your MOQ for a single order?
Normally, for thermoforming products, 1x40HQ container can be mixed load with 5 sizes 5 colors. For one single plate is about 50000PCS per size per color, depends on the sizes and weights. The MOQ for injection products can be less. We mainly accept full container loading.

2. What are your best-selling items?
Colored cups & plates, metallic mirror effect plates, and printed plates are our best-selling items; injection products and sugarcane products are also popular with customers recently.

3. How much more expensive is the color plates than the white product? Can you match colors according to customer samples?
White plates and transparent cups are the cheapest items. Color is usually 3%~5% more expensive than white, metallic mirror effect products are the most expensive, followed by printed products. Colors can be customized according to customers' color samples, of course, colored products are our advantage items.

4.How much cheaper can I get If I buy a lot of containers at a time?
We may give you around 2% discount if you first order quantity more than 2 containers.

5. How long is the delivery time after the order is confirmed?
After the order details are confirmed, the lead time of 1X40HQ is 30 days usually, but the first order or for new mold orders will take more time.

6. How about your company's production capacity?
We have 7 thermoforming production lines with different functions. For plates the capacity is 100,000 pcs per 24 hours per line, and for cups 100,000pcs per 24 hours per lines, which can meet different customer needs. meanwhile, our injection molding capacity is very high. In addition, in 2021, we added 10 new sugarcane plates production lines.

7.What's your payment term?
T/T, or L/C; FOB Ningbo port, or CIF, is acceptable.

8.Do you have any suggestion for the packing method?
The popular packing method includes full shrink wrap or half shrink wrap with a sticker, or packed by printed polybag, but the final packaging method is selected and decided by the customer.

9. Can you provide samples for free?
Yes, samples are free, but the freight collected.

10. Which material is better, PP or PS?
Normally,the plates are PS material. PS is resistant to low temperature, hardness and bright; But for cups, both PS and PP are workable. PP is resistant to high temperature and has good flexibility, sometimes PP raw materials are cheaper; All of our raw materials are food-grade and have test reports, our factory always put the quality at the first place.

11.Is this kind of tableware can be reusable?
Yes, we have "reusable products", according to the European Commission "UNION GUIDANCE 10/2011 ON PLASTIC MATERIALS AND ARTICLES INTENDED TO COME INTO CONTACT WITH FOOD, and Dishwasher Resistance Test BS EN 12875-1442, our company's products have passed the dishwasher test and the comprehensive migration test regarding disposable plastic tableware for food contact use. And our European customers started purchasing reusable items from us two years ago.

12.Do you have environment friendly products?
Yes, we have sugarcane tableware, they are 100% environment friendly items.

13.Do you have biodegradable products?
Yes, we have PLA material biodegradable tableware, it's a totally new type of PLA material with much more cheap cost for ever.
